The auction for the players to take part in 2018 edition Indian Premier League is set to happen on 27th of this month. As we take a dig into the players, here are 5   possible Indian youngsters who will create an impact in this auction. 1.WASHINGTON SUNDAR:

The 7th youngest Indian to make an International debut, he was an injury replacement for his fellow statesman Ravichandran Ashwin in the 2017 edition. Soon, he impressed everyone with his quick arm action and an attacking line. He was one of the cornerstones for RPS to storm into the finals, picking up 3 wickets against MI in the 1st qualifier. 2.KRUNAL PANDYA:

An apprentice of Kiran More’s cricket academy alongside his brother Hardik, he made his IPL debut in the 2016 edition and impressed one and all with his all-round display. He is one kind of batsman who can counter-attack from word go, a rare sight in Indian cricket and bowls tight lines with his slow left arm bowling, thereby making him a vital cog. He was the pillar in MI winning the IPL for the 3rd time. There is no doubt that his price will go sky-high during the auction.

3.RAHUL TRIPATHI:

With a myriad of shots at his disposal and fearless attitude, Tripathi made news for his ability to score quick runs in the power play, thereby creating pressure in the opposition camp. The highest run-getter for RPS in the last edition, Tripathi was one of the reasons for his team to enter into the Finals. He delighted everyone with his pleasing stroke play and dismantling the bowlers when in mood. A batsman of his caliber is sure to create waves in the auction.

4.NITISH RANA:

A one-drop batsman for MI last year, he has the talent of stabilizing and counter attacking at the same time, something which has been instrumental in Mumbai winning the coveted crown for the 3rd time. His “Never say Never” attitude and clean hitting prowess has made him one of the players to watch out. In good form of current, he is certain to be bought for a good amount in the upcoming auction.

5.PRITHVI SHAW:

Captaining the Indian team in the ongoing U-19 World Cup, Prithvi Shaw has surely made an impact in the ongoing tournament because of his batting and captaincy skills. His ability to manoeuvre the gaps and feast on the opposition bowling makes him one of the brightest prospects in the upcoming years. In auction for the 1st time, he is almost certain to be bought by a team that requires a batsman of his class.
